- Office Workout – Everyone isn’t lucky enough to be within a short distance of a gym; bring your yoga mat or a some workout equipment to enjoy a satisfying workout during lunch.
- Walk Around the Office or Building – Utilize what’s at your fingertips. Get up and walk! If its a rainy day there is no excuse you can utilize the staircase or the entire building. No one has to know what you’re doing unless you tell them.
- Park Far– This is an easy way to break in some exercise to the start of your day.
- Skip the Elevator- Now this will take a little more discipline but if your up for it, give it a try. This will get your heart racing and burning calories in no time.
